Ritual to Activate:

1. On the first morning of spring, hold the
    jar in both hands.
2. Close your eyes and breathe deeply,
   visualizing sunlight filling your body.
3. Whisper your intention aloud: “As the earth
   awakens, so do I. I welcome growth, joy,
   and new beginnings.”
4. Place the jar on a sunny windowsill or altar.
5. Revisit it weekly to recharge your intention
   with gratitude and light.
