Flat rate of $15 applies to all orders, express can be quoted just ask 🌼
All parcels are packaged with so much care, I hope and prey for no breakages; however it can still happen.  In the event you receive damaged goods I ask that you send photos straight away.

The process with Australia post is for the customer to take the parcel and contents in and lodge a claim.


Delivery times may vary; however I endeavour to send within 5 business days of ordering.  Please know I work two jobs and raise two wildlings so it isn't always easy to get to the post office straight away. If you require an order sent ASAP please contact me prior to ordering so you are not disappointed.

At wild violet I do not accept returns for change of mind or misuse of a product.  It is very important to follow the burn instructions and care for your candles. 
If these are deemed to be faults with your product at my end I will replace or refund; I strive my best to bring you the highest quality candles and melts so please contact me to work through any problems you may be having.  

Please note I run a handmade business. I pour every single candle with love. As I am a person not a machine there sometimes may be slight differences to pictures - such as label placement and crystal size etc. however I do my best to make every candle as similar as possible.Â
